About me
I am Jelleke Raats, a 40 year old freelance projectmanager and single mom, (re)located in the east of the Netherlands, Deventer, after having lived in Amsterdam for a long time of my life. Over the past 19 years I have been able to develop myself in many different ways as a project/events/operations and program manager in the creative and public domain. Through my permanent jobs in the Amsterdam agency world and during the last five years as a freelancer on both the client, government and agency side, I have gained an enormous amount of experience, where I have been able to set up and implement various projects.
I am always the linchpin in a larger web of clients, suppliers, creatives and policy makers. Call it project manager, event manager, operations manager, program manager or something similar and it describes what I am and what I can do: a jack-of-all-trades within the organisational domain. I act as a pivotal point within these programs and their implementation. I ensure that all aspects of the implementation - from start to finish and beyond - run smoothly.
I am always on the look out for new and interesting work. I enjoy working on projects that have a social impact and contribute to promoting cultural diversity and stimulating innovative art and culture initiatives. Preferably together with a creative and dynamic team of makers and other professionals.

Food Cabinet is a campaign agency that works for a better food system. With various campaigns, activations, events and programs they inspire people to make healthy, sustainable and fair food choices. I was senior project and program manager, and COO & CPO. In addition to my role in the management team, I managed large complex and multi-year projects for, among others, the Stichting Samen Tegen Voedselverspilling (foundation against food waste - behavior change campaign that got run by many stakeholders), the industry association Bionext (multi-year image campaign for the organic sector) and the National 4 & 5 May Committee (Vrijheidsmaaltijdsoep 2020 and 2021). In addition, I was responsible for the overall office planning and operation, and managed a team of several project managers.

Mirabeau is a full service digital agency. Within Mirabeau I primarily worked as a senior project and program manager for clients such as KLM, Nuon, FrieslandCampina, Transavia and also for international accounts such as Air France and Wideroe in Paris and Oslo. The focus in these projects was mostly on the creative phase; formulating strategy, visualizing the right customer journeys and translating them into digital solutions that provide immediate added value in the lives of the users.
